J. Tobin Geatz
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Geatz is a graduate of West Virginia University with an extensive background in business start-ups, expansions, and technology applications. He has been instrumental in the founding or development of several successful ventures introducing innovative technologies that have improved operating processes dramatically. He is the inventor of Inclinix's VMR™ and holds nine patents as a result of the associated R&D activities. Mr. Geatz is married with one child and is an avid tennis player.
Leo A. Andron, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
In addition to serving as the company's Privacy Officer, Dr. Andron serves as a clinical scientific resource for all Inclinix service areas. He provides training support, regulatory and quality assurance review, as well as script development. Dr. Andron's clinical and regulatory experience provides the depth of insight necessary to facilitate IRB/IEC consultations and offer reliable scientific support for the most extensive clinical development programs. A University of Southern California graduate with a Ph.D in Molecular Biology, Dr. Andron's career in medical research has spanned nearly thirty years.
Christopher W. Sleat
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sleat is responsible for leading the project delivery and technology development operations of Inclinix and was the former CEO of Realinterface Expert Systems, which merged with PharmaTech Solutions to become the current Inclinix, Inc. Mr. Sleat is the inventor of the Expert System Platform for which Inclinix has been issued a patent. With more than 15 years of software design and IT management experience, Mr. Sleat has built several profitable software service and product companies. Mr. Sleat received a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.
Jeffery S. Reiniche
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Reiniche has responsibility for managing all day-to-day financial, contractual as well as human resources functions of the company. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Reiniche served as CFO and Director of Operations for Health Alliance, L.L.C., the nation's leading Medicaid disease management company. Prior to that role, he served as a Principal Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers within the Merger and Acquisition Risk Services group. Previous to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Reiniche held financial roles with The Vigoro Corporation and KPMG PeatMarwick. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in accountancy, Mr. Reiniche currently holds a C.P.A. in the State of Illinois.
Jeffrey L. Bagshaw
Senior Vice President, Medical Marketing and Compliance
Mr. Bagshaw is responsible for leading sales of the medical marketing and compliance division of Inclinix. His focus will be developing business, supporting infrastructure, increasing sales and expanding product lines. Prior to this role, Mr. Bagshaw held sales and marketing leadership roles at organizations including Hoffman La Roche, Bristol Myers Squibb and Exact Sciences. He received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Steven M. Agnoff
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Agnoff provides strategic direction to the corporate sales and marketing operations for the clinical trials division of Inclinix. His focus will be developing innovative marketing campaigns, expanding corporate branding and streamlining sales operations. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Agnoff held executive leadership and business development roles with organizations including PDI, Inc., Pharmakon, Fenner PLC, Efson, Inc. and Interroll Corporation. He received a B.S. in Marketing from Boston University School of Management.
Jolie Brown
Vice President, Information Management
Ms. Brown is responsible for delivery of all Clinical Enrollment Operations and Medical Marketing Services. Ms. Brown was the former Vice President of CEC-Realinterface, the parent company of Realinterface Expert Systems (RIES). Ms. Brown was integral to the development and growth of RIES, which merged with PharmaTech Solutions to become the current Inclinix. With more than 10 years of design and management experience, Ms. Brown has broad experience developing new technology products and delivering multi-million dollar projects. Ms. Brown received a B.A. from SUNY at Buffalo, and is currently finishing her masters program in Management Information Systems.
Daniel D. Marks
Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Marks is responsible for evaluating and developing operational strategies to target expansion of Inclinix's strategic investments, joint ventures and acquisitions. Before joining Inclinix, he held executive management roles within the technology and medical services sectors. Mr. Marks received a B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley.
