The Inclinix TeleMEDICINE™ Contact Center is a centralized project resource for clinical communications with patients, patient advocates and healthcare providers. Our state-of-the-art 50-seat primary and 50-seat secondary facilities enable customized screening and clinical trial educational programs that are configured to meet the specific needs of each client.

Patients are medically screened against one or multiple protocols, with built-in retention activities to ensure that interested research candidates are successfully transferred to Investigative Sites. Real-time reporting ensures that Sites, Sponsors and CRO partners are acutely aware of patient screening and accrual activities.

Our routine communications with Investigators, Study Coordinators and Site Staff ensure that Sites are identified and educated properly about each clinical trial and are retained throughout the enrollment and trial conduct timelines.
