Tobin Geatz is a graduate of West Virginia University with an extensive background in business start-ups, expansions, and technology applications. Tobin was founder and Chairman of the Board of PharmaTech Solutions in 1999; he then became CEO and Chairman of the Board of Inclinix, Inc. He has been instrumental in the founding and development of several successful ventures, introducing innovative technologies to improve operating processes, including the Inclinix VMR™ technology.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Bagshaw is responsible for leading global operations and research & development for Inclinix. Previously, Mr. Bagshaw has held Senior Executive leadership roles in both sales and marketing and was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) in December 2008. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and Applied Genomic industries and has been responsible for the clinical development and marketing of products over multiple therapeutic areas. His experience includes leadership roles at Hoffman La Roche, Bristol Myers Squibb and Exact Sciences. Mr. Bagshaw is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a degree in Marketing.

Christopher Sleat is responsible for the business development and marketing functions, as well as initial customer project strategy, for Inclinix customers. He is the former CEO of Realinterface Expert Systems, which merged with PharmaTech Solutions to become the current Inclinix, Inc. With more than 15 years of design and management experience, 7 supporting clinical research, Mr. Sleat has built several service and product companies and is the inventor of the patented Inclinix InSite Expert System Platform. He received a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Reiniche has responsibility for managing all day-to-day financial, contractual as well as human resources functions of the company. Prior to joining Inclinix, Mr. Reiniche served as Director of Financial Operations for Click Commerce, Inc., a publically traded software company. Prior to that role, he served as a Principal Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers within the Merger and Acquisition Risk Services group. Previously, Mr. Reiniche held financial roles with The Vigoro Corporation and KPMG PeatMarwick. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in accountancy, Mr. Reiniche currently holds a C.P.A. in the State of Illinois.

In addition to serving as the company's Privacy Officer, Dr. Andron serves as a clinical scientific resource for all Inclinix service areas. A University of Southern California graduate with a Ph.D in Molecular Biology, Dr. Andron's past positions include Recorder for the Fitzsimons Medical Center IRB and Associate Director of Antivirals and Antiinfectives at a major CRO, where he acquired significant depth of experience in commercial drug development. Dr. Andron's clinical and regulatory experience provides the insight necessary to facilitate IRB/IEC consultations and offer expert scientific support for extensive clinical development programs.
