The Inclinix TeleMEDICINE Contact Center is a centralized project resource for clinical communications with patients and healthcare providers. Our in-house 60-seat facility enables customized screening that is configured to meet the specific needs of your clinical trial.
More than a call center, it features state-of-the-art hardware and software, integrating telephony, web screening, live chat, and email, facilitating communication through any medium. Patients can be medically screened against one or multiple protocols, with built-in patient retention activities to ensure that interested candidates are referred directly to investigators. Real-time reporting makes sites, sponsors and CRO partners continuously aware of patient screening and accrual activities.
The TeleMEDICINE™ Contact Center is staffed by multi-lingual, medically trained Medical Screening Associates who convert interested responders into qualified referrals. This not only reduces Study Coordinator screening activity, but also provides complete pre-qualified candidates to sites.
